Requirements and Conditions for Managed Service Plans


  1. Endpoint Requirement: Each user must have their own endpoint device. This can include Windows Pro devices and or mobile devices.
  2. Tailored Pricing: Pricing for the plans is customized to suit your business needs, determined after an initial discovery process.
  3. Onboarding Fee: A one-time onboarding fee will be charged at the start of the service.
  4. Monthly Plan Fee: A monthly plan fee will be direct debited each month.
  5. Same Plan: All users must be on the same plan
